The school counselors in the North Smithfield School District are committed to helping each student appropriately plan for the future, whether that plan is for college or for a career, students need to prepare for the future.  Students in North Smithfield have access to numerous resources for career and college planning through the school department.

North Smithfield High School is in the process of vetting Individual Learning Plan (ILP) vendors, with the intent to employ the best possible program to help students plan their own futures. More information will be released when available, but we anticipate starting this in the Fall of 2019.
